*Waiting lists will be established once a camp reaches maximum enrollment
*The Camp is open to students who are currently enrolled in grades 6-12
*Fees must be paid in full at time of registration to hold your spot

*Tri-Valley Community Television's TV Summer Camp should be a fun, educational experience for all. Tri-Valley Community Television will not allow unruly behavior and reserves the right, based on their discretion, to ask students attending the Camp who are disruptive to leave and not return. Should this occur, there will not be any refund of monies paid, including partial refunds. Tri-Valley TV's decision will be final.
*All required forms must be filled out and returned to Tri-Valley TV before the first day of Camp for student to attend Camp. Students will be asked to leave if paperwork has not been received. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure that Tri-Valley TV has received forms.
Cancellation and Refunds:
*If registration falls bellow the minimum enrollment required by Tri-Valley TV, cancellation of the Camp may be necessary. At the time of cancellation, Tri-Valley TV will provide a full refund. Tri-Valley TV reserves the right to change the published date of the camp and will notify participants as soon as possible. Participant will be given the option to move to another Tri-Valley TV camp date. Should participant not be able to attend the new camp date or move to another Tri-Valley TV camp a full refund will be given.
*Please allow 2 weeks for all refunds to be processed. Refunds will be in the same manner (credit card) as original payment was made.
*A written request for registration cancellation must be received by Tri-Valley TV no later than June 2nd, ten (10) business days prior to the first day of the Camp June 16, 2014 for Session One. For Session Two which begins August 4th, cancellation must be received by Tri-Valley TV no later than July 21, 2014. For Session Three which begins August 11th, cancellation must be received by Tri-Valley TV no later than August 1, 2014. A $60 processing fee will be deducted. No refund or tuition credit will be given if a cancellation notice is received after June 2nd for the Session One, August 4th for Session Two and August 11th for Session Three. Should Camp/Session dates change the terms will follow and adjust accordingly. It is participant's responsibility to ensure Tri-Valley TV has received notice.
